Congratulations on Keith Frith being coopted as a new parish councillor, that’s four of five positions now filled. Unfortunately, the co-option took place after the Chair and Vice Chair positions were decided, most councils would have coopted at the beginning of the meeting or changed the order on the night to enable co-option earlier in proceedings.
There is just one more position available for a lucky resident to fill. The council mentioned that someone had already expressed an interest in filling the last position and if an election is not called, could be co-opted very soon.
