Below is the Agenda posted by Stubton Parish Council (see SPC website). There are numerous expenditure items to be decided upon that have been previously been paid by the HUB committee. Plus, there are references to 4 appendixes which don’t appear on the SPC website, therefore unavailable for the public to view. The only one I would like published is Appendix 3 (2025/26 Budget), otherwise a very fair agenda. EDIT: The document is on the website – but its listed before 2019 on the PDF Archives.
NB: As there are only three councillors, of whom one is the secretary of the HUB there is a conflict of interest when voting on Item 9. Unless, a new councillor is co-opted that is not a member of the HUB, item 9 will have to be deferred as 3 non conflicting councillors need to be present.
