SVH – financials until 31 March 2024

The graphic and the figures from the Charity Commission website, don’t give the complete picture. My assumption is that there must be at least £5000 in the SVH Bank Account (if not they will have to do something on the Iines of Rachel Thieves). Unfortunately, the Village Hall website doesn’t expand on the graphics available from the Charity Commission.

However, it’s rewarding to how the building has improved immeasurably during the years since we have been in the village – Internal Fittings / Parking Area / External Windows & Doors / Sewer Connection / CCTV and there are probably more. Consequently, it’s clear to see where money has been spent.

Income and expenditure for financial year ending 31 March 2024 from the Charity Commission website.

  • Total income: £20,203
  • Total expenditure: £25,392
  • Total income: includes £300 from 1 government contract(s) and £10,384 from 1 government grant(s).
