I am sure everyone knows that the village is currently going through an expansion phase. Currently, there are 14 proposed new homes, of which 4 have been accepted by SKDC Planning team after a successful appeal. Until today, I was happy with the previous proposals, but the latest application dated 10 February gives me some concerns. I am sure an Extraordinary Parish Council Meeting will be announced soon, where any concerns will be discussed and I am sure alleviated before individuals can formulate an opinion!
