Below are items deposited on Fenton Road since my last walk 4 days ago. I recycled these cans/bottles rather than leaving it in green bags for collection. If the items below are 4 days worth, imagine what 365 days of litter will look like: 91 x 4 days worth? Furthermore, judging by the items, I would say someone who travels towards Fenton/Beckingham has a Peroni beer problem!
NB: The items are typical of those collected each time I walk down Fenton Road. Also, a big thank you to the person who is piling up the cans on Doddington Lane for collection (will collect them when it stops raining). FYI: These piles are since last Saturday for anyone noticing them.
I am sure you all agree we have some serious problems in our society, judging by the amount of litter strewn on our roads!
