What is the Brandon Shoot?

The “Brandon Shoot” refers to a clay pigeon shooting ground located at Brandon Wood, near Stubton, Lincolnshire, UK. It is a well-known venue for clay shooting events and simulated game days, set in over 30 acres of countryside with woodlands, lakes, and impressive shooting towers—including a famous 90-foot high pheasant tower. The ground was originally laid out by George Digweed, a multiple world champion in clay shooting. Since 2016, it has been managed by Mark Crane, who has invested in new equipment and facilities to enhance the experience for visitors.
