Max reported that the Fenton Road Grit bin was empty 3 weeks ago. I am pleased to report that it is now full, courtesy of Lincolnshire County Council.
She also reported that the Cherry Lane’s bin was empty. However, in this case LCC denied any responsibility for replenishing this bin. Therefore, a mail was sent to the Parish Clerk asking the Parish Council to organise replenishment if possible.
Please note that you can be prosecuted if caught stealing grit for use on private drives; it is needed to keep local roads clear.
