Pothole repairs were completed on Doddington Lane earlier this week. Interestingly two trucks were involved and the repairs were completed during the hours of darkness. The cost of these repairs would have been astronomical and upon examination the repairs are not even on the main highway. My assessment of the works is very poor.
On a personal note, I feel for the residents of Doddington Lane having to put up with an abysmal road surface, with traffic going off road. Using the logic of the repair team, they should have tarred the whole road. Hopefully, the Parish Council can press for proper repairs of this road. See below:
