Response from applicant to Planning application for 5 houses behind Heatherway House, Fenton Road.

This is the response to the comments sent into the Planning Office by the applicant of application S26/0237. Would appear from reading between the lines this is somewhat of a reactionary development against adjacent properties, they complain about Park Cottage overlooking their gardens, yet they are going to destroy other properties by doing the same themselves.

If this application is granted it follows that any one who owns land in or around the village will apply to build housing on it. I won’t list their names but I will draw a map later and upload it. This application must fail to preserve the village.
